John is a life-long resident of Yonkers, NY growing up in a first-generation immigrant family with a background in residential and commercial property management, as well as commercial businesses.

In 2015, John earned his bachelor's degree from SUNY at Albany and in 2019, graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he obtained his degree in law and was admitted to the New York State Bar.
